Protect Your Flight

When it comes to planning your vacation, you can try to work around potential threats to your itinerary if you have advance notice, but there are many factors that are out of your control and could creep up at the last minute. That’s why it pays to purchase a travel protection plan.

Trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays can all be covered by travel insurance. While you’ll still have to read the fine print to make sure your specific situation is covered, travel insurance can reimburse you for events like your flight being delayed, you’re missing a connection, or even in the event you have to cancel due to something like a sudden illness.

Depending on the plan, you might also be able to receive coverage for other benefits, like baggage loss or delay, emergency medical and dental, or even the reimbursement of reward points due to an itinerary change.

Planning a trip is stressful enough, so why not go the extra mile and provide yourself with a little extra assurance. Click here to learn more about trip insurance through your alumni program.
